He was predeceased by: his parents, William Augustus Ober and Mary Vernice Haynes Ober; and his wife Rachael Ober. He is survived by: his children, Terri Ober Prophit (Emmett LeBrun) and Doug Ober; and his grandchildren, Breanna Young (Orum), Heather Darden (Dolph), Morgan Ober (Matthew Gray) and Will Ober (Faith Bodiford). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
