He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Lochala (John), Elaine Fox (David), Ronnie Dotson (Carol) and Larry Dotson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Epilepsy Foundation.
