He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter-in-law Sara; his children, Evan Grace, Shephard, Kelsey and Carol Ann; his grandchildren, Rhett and Courtney; his daughter Pamela (Devin); his grandchild Jarred (Stacey); his great grandchildren, Jase, Annie and Ridge; and also, Dustin (Kadie), Kayden, Elliot Rose, Collins Marie and Ridge.
