With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terri Lynn Lockard of Monroe, Louisiana, born in West Monroe, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace E. Freeman and Shiley H. Freeman; her father-in-law David L. Lockard; and her daughter-in-law Christy Freeman. She is survived by: her husband David C. Lockard; her children, Robert E. Freeman (Christy), Matthew C. Lockard and Amanda M. Lockard (Eric Love); her mother-in-law Carol Lockard; her siblings, Johnny Freeman (Linda) and Yvonne Carter (Robert); her grandchildren, Deborah Freeman, Shyanne Johnson (Nathan), Travis Gray (Mayi), Kyler Scott, Stryker Scott, Emma Love, Layla Love and Aurora Beatrix Farmer; and her great grandchildren, Harmonie Lynn Freeman and Arkayla Gray.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
