He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Lynn DeBray; his parents, Porter Myers Caraway, Sr. and Minnie Merle Youngblood; and his siblings, LuNell Caraway White, Porter Myers Caraway, Jr., Dr. James Julius Caraway and Samantha Rose Caraway King.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane; his son-in-law C. A. Martin III (Hap); his grandsons, C. Allan Martin IV and Wesley Walker Martin; his granddaughters-in-law, Amanda Leigh Maxwell and Emily Alice Husted; and his great grandchildren, Emma Michael, Avery Stone, Walker Allan and Levi Reid.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Methodist Church-Monroe (3900 Loop Rd, Monroe, LA 71201). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (1901 Lexington Ave, Monroe, LA 71201).
