It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ballard of Monroe, Louisiana, born in West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Sarah. She is survived by: her children, Tristan Ballard of West Monroe, Louisiana and Rhiannon Ballard-Davis of Ruston, Louisiana; and her brother Stephen Ballard (Okie).
