She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Blakley and Ruby Blakley; her husband Charles Kelley of Parkdale, AR; and her brother Marvin Blakley of West Monroe. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Wayne Horton, Debbie Horton, Marie Pesnell, Bobby Johnston and Sandy Evans; and her siblings, Melvin, Harold, Claudia, Virginia Ann and Diane. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
