She was predeceased by: her parents, Albirta McDaniel Carter (Fred Carter) and Fred Carter Sr. Rosemary; her siblings, James Carter (Felma), Samuel Carter, Bennie Smith, Louise Jones and Marie Hall; and her grandson Orieanthiaine Bradley.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Allene Chapel (4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224). A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Restland Cemetery (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75243).
