He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Emil, Nellie Burgess, Arlin and Earline Carr; and his parents-in-law, Robert Pope and Janis Herring.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Pope Carr; his children, Michael Carr (Whitney), Justin Carr (Natalie) and Kalyn Carr; his parents, Willie Carr and Joann Burgess Carr; his sister Lisa Sheridan (Bill); and his grandsons, Isaiah, Trey, Layton and Emerson.
