He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. T. Lee, Jim and Frances Swanson; his cousin Laurie Matthews; and his great-aunt Elsie McCaleb.

He is survived by: his parents, Ray Swanson and Betty Swanson; his sisters, Emilee Hancock (Roger) and Amanda Swanson; his nephew Cody Dale Hancock; his grandmother Teddy Lee; and his aunts and uncles, Jay Lee (Robin), Linda "Lin Lin" Lee, Nancy Villar (Damon), Peggy Matthews (Richard), Jimmie Swanson (Patty) and Mary Ann Hawkins (Mickey). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to Lea Joyner Methodist Church, National Kidney Foundation, or to the charity of your choice.
