He is survived by: his mother Lucille Calk; his daughters, Mandi Moore (Brian) and Sarah Calk; his siblings, Sandy Swinney (Mike) and Danny Calk (Rose); and his grandson Eli Moore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great friends.
