She is survived by: her husband Joseph Thomas; her father Oscar Brown (Pearline); her children, Jokesha Thomas, Joseph Thomas, Jr. (Nikia) and LaDamien Thomas; her grandchildren, Zoriea Gordon, Kiyana Thomas, J'Keyvia Ellis, Janiya Ellis, Joseph Thomas, III, LaDamien Thomas, Jr. and Derrick Banks; and her siblings, Helen Alexander, Deborah Fortner, Michelle Kilpatrick (Roger), Brenda Seals, Calvin Brown and Oscar Brown, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
