He was predeceased by: his parents, George Simon and Lena May Siudy; and his siblings, George S. Siudy, Gladys S. Tousley and Mary E. Siudy.
He is survived by: his wife Dorris W. Siudy; his children, Rick Siudy and Lynn S. McDuffie; his grandchildren, Kelsi S. Dickerson (Matt Dickerson) and Jenna D. Siudy; his great grandchild Hailey Mae Dickerson; and his nieces, Louise Lorente (Quino), Barbara Siudy (Bill Hepburn), Susan T. Shaw (Fred) and Nancy Tousley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
