She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Meador and Bertha Boling Meador; her husband Billy Dan McCaskill; her sister Nora Meador; and her brother-in-law Lloyd Cox.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Cox; her children, Roy E. McCaskill (Linda) and Judy M. Corkern (Corky); and her grandchildren, Keith McCaskill, Julie Armand (Michael), Alison Douglas (James), Preston McGee (Robin) and Carla Corkern (Caleb Neames). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
