He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Katherine "Cissy" Ryan; his daughter Jessica Ryan Mertes (Nick); his grandson Maverick Mertes; his fiancée Janice Adams; his partner's son Max; his father Thad Ryan, Jr. (Jerry); his wife Jeanie; his siblings, Jerelyn Stubbs (John), William Ryan, Katherine Leglue (Jerry) and Thad Ryan, III (Kayla); and his pet Elvis. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
