With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Lucille Lea Pierce of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Kentwood, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, F. N. Lea and Lorene Hilburn Lea; her aunt Lilly May Lea; her uncle Mann; her children, Beverly Pierce and Ricky Pierce; and her granddaughter Shannon Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Pierce; and her daughter Connie Pierce. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
