It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Gilley Lockett of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Mangham, Louisiana, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Wilhite (John), Mitzi Lockett and Winfred Crenshaw; her stepchildren, William Lockett Jr. (Debbie) and Nancy McHugh; and her sisters, Peggy Canterberry (Charles) and Dorothy Coleman. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
