He is survived by: his wife Karen Miletello McDuffie; his children, John Mitchell, Charles (Charlie) and Ella; his mother Clovis Ann McDuffie; his sisters, Melinda Hanks May and Michelle Savell (Stephen); his mother-in-law Josephine Miletello; his siblings-in-law, JoMarie Schaff (Greg), Leslie Miletello, Diane Miletello Mulhearn (Butch) and Larry Miletello (Sandra); and his nieces and nephews, Marylane Miletello, Colby, Courtney Miletello, Ben, Chelsie Schaff, Katie, Brett Allen, Sarah, Anthony Haines, Kallan Mulhearn, Keelan, Connor, Cameron Hanks, Maggie and Matthew Savell.
