She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Mizell and Ella Mizell. She is survived by: her husband Wallace Weeks; her children, Warren Weeks (Lou Ann) of Orlando, FL and Peggy Powell (Ron Powell) of Monroe, LA.; and her grandchildren, Angel Hubbard (Mark), Anthony Powell (Kelly), Ginger Gilbert (Darren), Heather Curry (Lee), Brooke Weeks, Christopher Bronson and Mallory Stokes (Courtney). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeshore Baptist Church in Polly's memory.
