She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubin Baxter and Mertice Baxter; and her siblings, Thomas Baxter, Andrew Baxter and Theresa Ann Baxter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Grant and Kimberly Fernandez (Johnny); her siblings, Gene Baxter (Cherie Baxter) and Eloise Tannehill (John); and her grandchildren, Christina Sellers (Jesse), Tommy Gonzalez (Meagan), Brandon Barnett (Brittney), Dillon Barnett (Shelbi), Emily Holmes (Dustin) and Daniel Heacock (Tayler). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
