With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Mary Brossett Henson of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Natchitoches, Louisiana, who passed away on July 10, 2022 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her husband Willie "Bill" Henson; her siblings, A. C. Brossett, J. E. Brossett, Felix Brossett of David Brossett, J. B and Ida Hernandez; and her grandson Anthony Merrell.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Henson Smith, Meg Henson Garsee (Steve), Richard D. Henson (Melissa), William D. Henson (Merrell), Thomas J. Henson and John D. Henson; her sister Elizabeth Britt; and her grandchildren, Chuck Henson, Kim Henson Trichell, Lance Ledet, Sr., Lee Ledet, Jessica Henson, Jade Henson, Mitch Garsee, Krista Garsee, Matthew Henson and Trevor Henson. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
