She is survived by: her pet Bubba; her children, Linda Wiley, Donna Wilson (John), Kenny Hernandez (Debbie) and Keith Hernandez (Ann); her grandchildren, Michelle Smith (Vince), Mandy Purdy (Robert), Kim Hernandez, LeAnn Albritton, Ashley Bennett, Jessica Hernandez and Jarred Hernandez; and her close friends, Dr. Larry Barr, Dr. Frank Rizzo Sr. and Dr. Luis Yumet.
