She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Hunter and Berta Hunter; and her sister Donna McCammon. She is survived by: her husband John J. Bailey; her sons, Jason Bailey (Sarah) and Jared Bailey (Shannon); her grandchildren, Ethan, Ezra, Gauge and Bennett; and her sisters, Pam and Angela Griffith.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Griffin F. H. (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A burial was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hasley Cemetery (1500 Arkansas Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291).
