He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Milton and Virginia Hale; and his siblings, Phillip Hale, Richard Hale, Vernon Hale and Lynette Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Mae Johnson Hale; his sister Cheryl Kinard; his children, Jana Griffin (Robbi), Jon Hale (Amy) and Joy Caissie (Clay); his grandchildren, Ashley Raney (Michael Paul), Dillon Bull, Jacob Broussard, Madalyne Breen (Austin), Kennedy Broussard, Allyson Griffin, Macy Hale and Ava Hale; his great grandchildren, Michael Ponsell, Gracie Raney, Michaela Raney and Thomas Bull; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Pardue (Larry) and Judi Rice (LeRoy).
In lieu of flowers, our family would appreciate memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
