He is survived by: his spouse Gayle; his daughters, Cindy Stone, Debbie Herrington (Blake), Joey Miletello (Greg) and Stephanie Osborne (Tony); his grandchildren, Hanna (Jarrad), Haley, Piper (Tyler), Cody (Cerene), Peyton, Connor and Cade (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Luke, Emma, Chandler, Carson, Herrington-Kate, Scottie and Edie; his siblings, Jo Louise Worthey (Dickie) and Ronnie Miletello (Patty); and his sister-in-law Pam Miletello.
