She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlin Robert Carr and Earline Ruby Downs Carr; her husband Charles Holder; and her siblings, Patricia Underwood and Wayne Carr.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lemora Elliot (Kevin), Bonnie Torres, Onita McMillon (Kenneth), Juanita Carr, Willie Carr (Joann) and Robert Carr; her close friends, Brenda Carr and Matt Carr; and her pets, Sara Jane, Hope and Mischief. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
