She was predeceased by: her father Albert Modell O'Neal, Sr.; and her siblings, Eugene O'Neal, Mitchell O'Neal and Gloria O'Neal Troia. She is survived by: her children, Pam Cascio Jones (Greg) and Paul O'Neal Cascio (Leigh-Ann); her grandchildren, William Ryan Jones (Raegan), Mallory Grace Cascio, Marybeth Alise Cascio and Emma Leigh Cascio; and her siblings, Albert Modell O'Neal, Jr. (Diane), Thomas O'Neal (Reba) and Marie Chandler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
