He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Givens, Sr. and Doris Givens; his siblings, Doris Annette Givens and Ronald Givens; and his nephew Frank Givens.
He is survived by: his children, Tralynda Givens of Monroe, Louisiana, Lavell Givens Jr. of Monroe, Louisiana, Jermaine Jackson of Monroe, Louisiana and TraRay Givens of Monroe, Louisiana; his siblings, Linda Edwards, Sheila Ross, Frank Givens Jr. and Michael Givens, Sr.; and his son James Jackson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (2413 US-425, Rayville, LA 71269).
