It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry R. Lawrence of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Llewellyn Truman Lawrence and LinealBeard Lawrence; his brothers, Rev. William Truman Lawrence, Paul Clark Lawrence and Llewellyn Carey Lawrence; and his brother-in-law Rev. Bill Walsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Boutwell Lawrence; his children, David Truman Lawrence (Stephanie) and Leslie Lawrence Scott (Clay); his sister Dr. Elizabeth Weiss (Jack); his grandchildren, Colton, Avery Scott and Kathryn Lawrence; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Walsworth and Carol Frere. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
