She is survived by: her children, Jessica Whitaker and Michael Coulter; her sisters, Terrie Johnson and Jody Hodges; her grandchildren, Harlee, Hunter, Nicholas, Holly, Lucas and Ruby; her niece Terra; and her nephews, Matt, Mark, Tyler, Trey and Brian. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
