He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Davide and Smith Slusher; his brother Herbert Slusher; and his brother-in-law Bruce Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Reata Slusher; his children, Sundee Nutt (Rowdy) and Todd Slusher; his grandchildren, Chandler, Bailey, Avery Nutt, Austin, Annabelle and Landry Slusher; his brother-in-law Stephen Davidson; his nephew Shane Davidson (Stacey); and his niece Marcee Littlefield (Troy).
