He is survived by: his wife Diane Machnik Wagley; his children, Rebecca Wagley Terral (Forrest), Kenneth Carter Wagley, Jr. (Polly) and Deborah Wagley; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Carter Blodgett, Madeleine Lundin Haught (Josh), Celeste Skinner Blodgett, Benjamin Machnik Blodgett, Davis Terral, Daniel Terral (Jenna), Thomas Terral (Molly), Ashton Reilly Wagley and Mallory Price Rutledge; his great grandchild Rowen Kent Girod; his sister Patricia Craig; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Machnik (Melanie).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, Samaritan's Purse, or Ouachita Parish Public Rifle Range.
