We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2022, at the age of 78, Joyce Lee Owens of Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edie Owens and Oral Owens; and her brother Andy Owens. She is survived by: her sister Kathy Gates (Gene); her niece Allyson Johnson (Jeremy); her nephew Daniel Gates (Joelle); her great-niece Kaitlyn Johnson; and her great-nephew Greyson Johnson. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
