He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline Southwell and Floyd Southwell; and his grandparents, Velma Rodwig, Francis Rodwig, Lillian Southwell and Joseph Southwell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Southwell; his children, Zack Southwell (Terri), Bo Carter (Nicole), Kade Carter (Amanda), Kasady Southwell and Malynn Smith; his grandchildren, Kameron Givens, Lizzie Southwell, Ryan Southwell, Cole Carter, Elle Carter, Max Carter, Caroline Carter, Chloe Carter, Carson Smith and Carter Smith; his great grandchild Waylon Givens; and his siblings, Ann Southwell, David (Kayla Johnson), Peni Armstrong, Dan (Emery Wood) and Carl (Virginia Herrington). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews he loved.
