He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dominic Cascio, Sr. and Rose Spatafora Cascio. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hollier Cascio; his children, David Keith Cascio, Sr., Kenneth Scott Cascio, Karen Cascio Ware (Alan) and Kathryn Cascio Lewis (Pratt); his sister Marianne Cascio Walker (Ulvester); and his close friend Joby. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
