She is survived by: her friend Yahtzee; her siblings, Raymond Stough, Mary June Adams, Christine Capp and Kay Cunningham; her mother-in-law Lucille Carter; her son-in-law Steve Sutherland; her children, James Martin Carter, Bettie Foreman (Dennis M.) and Sallie Sutherland; her grandchildren, Jonathan Shelton (Suzanne), Matthew Shelton (Elizabeth), Maggie Ashley, Lea Anna Brown (Timmy), Justin Sutherland, Bailey Sutherland (Kelsey) and Dennis A. Foreman; her siblings, Sam Stough (Tuoi Em) and Polly Scritchfield (JD); and her daughter Sandy Savage. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and three great great grand-children.
