He is survived by: his wife Helen Holton of Washington; his children, Bill (Lynn) of Washington, James (Sally) of Washington, Dorothy Bloechl, Dempsey (Annette) of Washington, George (Danna) of Washington and Janie Wren (Dewayne); his stepson Ricky Eads (Melissa); and his siblings, David Oswalt (Diane), Earl Oswalt (Becky), Mattie Yarbough (Ronnie) and Evie Howe (Ronnie). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
