He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Barton and Castella Barton of Monroe, LA; his siblings, Carmen Barton Stamper of West Monroe, LA and Lynn Barton of Mesquite; his brother-in-law Delton Blackie Smith; and his nephew Randy Barton.
He is survived by: his son Casey Barton (Danielle) of Sterlington; his grandsons, Mason Barton, Elijah Powell and Chance Crow; and his siblings, Billy Barton (Cindy), Joyce Barton Smith and Peggy Barton Casamento (VJ).
