It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Mae Paster (Monroe, Louisiana), who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Black and Gatha Harris Black; and her stepsister Willie Mae McCoy. She is survived by: her siblings, John Jeff Black, Willie Lester Black, Isrell Black and Eddie Mae Walker; and her sister-in-law Isabella Mackey of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; a host of nieces; nephews; great nieces; and great nephews.
