Jesse Schenck Obituary

Funeral service celebrating the life of Jesse "Pappy" Dennis Schenck of Monroe, LA will be held at 6:00pm, Thursday, August 12, 2021, in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, with Rev. Eugene Brown officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation, 4:00pm until time of service at the funeral home.

Jesse was born November 16, 1993, and passed from this life August 8, 2021, at the age of 27. He was a loving son, brother, father, and friend. Jesse was named after his great-grandfather, Jesse. He loved the great outdoors fishing, searching for arrowheads, and unique logs and stumps; Jesse was very creative and loved working with his hands.

Jesse is preceded in death by his best friend, Tyler Wayne Ledford. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Lori Brown; father, Dennis Schenck; four sisters, Jacqueline Thrash and husband Brandon, Kristina Southern and husband Jakoda, Jamie Joyner and husband Thomas, and Jessica Willie; brother, Justin Schenck; daughter, Skylyn and her mother, Michaela Crowley May; and finace, Ariana Arredono, and children, Ainsley, Ayden, and baby schenck, due in February; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
