Jean McQuiston Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2022, at the age of 87, Jean McQuiston of Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, O. B. Humphries and Celia Humphries; her siblings-in-law, L. K. and Nellie McQuiston; her sisters, June Plag and Barbara English; and her son Paul Arthur McQuiston.
She is survived by: her husband Gradon Louis McQuiston; her children, Gradon Michael McQuiston and Ellen Pitt (Randy); her grandchildren, Kirk McQuiston, Erin McQuiston (Matt Schroyer), Megan Wills (Randy), Grace Traweek (Zach) and Madeline Pitt (Jack Cockrum); and her siblings, Rev. O. B. Humphries (Connie), Beth Moore (Mike), Ronald Humphries and Bryce Humphries (Susan). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Light Baptist Church.
