He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Jeff Gregory (Elizabeth) and Anne Lomax (Bobby); his granddaughters, Sara Kate Gregory of Monroe, Addie Gregory of Monroe, Lorelai Lomax of Monroe and Scarlett Lomax of Monroe; his sister Jeanne Spragins (Joel); his brother-in-law Steve Seale (Pat); and his nieces and nephews, Linda Myers Laine (John), Greg Myers (June), Jim Myers (Dana), Lucy Spragins Miller (Sean), Mark Spragins (Heather), Susan Spragins Washburn (Jeremiah), Deborah Seale Braswell (Steven) and Jan Seale Hicks (Greg).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to New Iona Presbyterian Church, the Chennault Aviation and Military Museum, the Brian Gregory Memorial Scholarship Fund at ULM, or the Brian Gregory Scholarship at Neville High School.
