He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crawford Cunningham Sr. and Ethelynn Sneed Cunningham; and his son-in-law Brian Fazekas. He is survived by: his wife Ellen W. Cunningham; his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Julie Cunningham; his children, Kathryn Fazekas and Scott Cunningham; his grandchildren, Mary Beth Johnston (Ben), John Cunningham and Izabel Fazekas; and his great grandchild Benji Johnston.
