He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Dawn Sarasin (Amy) and Robin (Mike Daly); his stepchildren, Amonica Rupe, Agita and John Richardson; his grandchildren, Tatiana Sarasin, Alexandra, Hakan Veyrat, Christophe Sarasin, Kristen, Jack Rivers, Kara, Ted Helfrich, Sydney Rivers, Quincy Nichols, Audrey Keller, Doug Shiver, Grant, Griffin Rupe and Parker Richardson; his great grandchildren, Adem, Ethan Veyrat Sarasin, Louisa, Teddy Helfrich and Elizabeth Rose Rivers; his sister-in-law Debbie Rivers; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy, John Perry, Chelle Rivers, Stephie, Bob Randolph, Jay Rivers and Quincie Rivers.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church of Monroe (3900 Loop Rd, Monroe, LA 71201).
