She is survived by: her brothers, Curtis Lively, Luke King, Carson Balch, Elijah Blach and Noah Balch; her parents, Jesse Balch (Christi) and Jennifer Lively (Blake Ford); her grandparents, Annette Lively, Jimmy, Angie Balch and James Weems; her aunts, Amanda and Brandy Lively; her uncle Shane Brown; her cousin Allie Lively; and her aunts and uncles, Chad Balch, Erika, Jacob Balch (Keenan Wheeler), Stephanie Sandlie and Michael. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family and friends.
