We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2023, at the age of 85, Hazel McKee Holloway of Monroe, Louisiana, born in Wisner, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Roy and Lucy Lee Smith McKee; and her siblings, Roscoe McKee, Ed McKee, Flora Thogmartin, Frankie Mather, Maggie Stephens, Betty Holder, Ruby Hilton, Haven Hemphill and Ethel Hemphill.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Holloway of Smithville, MO, Lori McJunkins (Trent) of Monroe, LA, Brad Holloway of Monroe, LA, Kyra Quenan (Steve) of Georgetown, TX and Greg Holloway (Norma) of Seabrook, TX.; her daughter-in-law Shannon Holloway of Monroe, LA; her nephew Frank Holloway; her brother-in-law Leon Holloway; her parents-in-law, Frank A. (Red) and Myrtle Robinson Holloway; her sister Melba Scott of Monroe, Louisiana.; her sisters-in-law, Dee Barfield of Gilbert, LA, Marie NeSmith of Gilbert, LA and Georgia Massey of Carthage, TX; her friends, Chaplain Elizabeth Williams and Don Decatur; and her caregivers, Lena Hicks, Kendy Walton, Evelyn Davis, Kenderica Wilson, Glenn Grace and Karen Gibbons. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
