He was predeceased by: his father Reuel Billings. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Strong Billings; his children, Michelle Billings Goyne (Daron), Heather Billings Barnhill (Steve) and Darrin Billings (Claire); his grandchildren, Caleb McDonald (Chelsea), Holly Hart, Ty Barnhill, Rachel Barnhill, Ava Barnhill, Victoria Cannon (Justin) and Hannah Billings; and his great grandchildren, Rylen Turnbow, Aubrey Brantley, Elijah Hart, Brooks Cannon and Bennett Cannon. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Honoring Doc's wishes, the family suggest planned memorials be made to the Morehouse Cancer Fund, P.O Box 1060, Bastrop, Louisiana 71220.
