He is survived by: his wife Barbara Beard; his daughters, Kristi Walker (David), Juli Beard (John) and Lori Boyett (Donny); his siblings, Gaye Heckford (Jessie), Ann Redmond and Eddie Beard (Reba); his pet Max; his grandchildren, Kelsi Huddleston (Josh), Austin Walker, Jackson Walker, Carter Wallace, Jenna Boyett and Ashton Boyett; and his great grandchild Birdie Kate Huddleston.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin F. H. (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (601 LA-34, West Monroe, LA 71292).
