He was predeceased by: his mother Lou Ellen Risinger Webb. He is survived by: his son Zach Webb; his father James O. Webb; his siblings, Lynda Webb-Smith, Mitzie Hammons and Randy Webb; his niece Candace Hammons; and his nephew Taylor Hammons.
