He is survived by: his wife LaNell G. Middleton; his daughters, Darlene Honeycutt (Mark) and Ginger Middleton; his stepdaughters, Lorie Lundy (Ben) and Mary Lynn Oliver (Wayne); his grandchildren, Douglas Middleton (Shanna), Michael Middleton (Kara), Luke Honeycutt (Micah), Drew Danna, Mary Taylor, John Wayne Oliver, Brittany Yates (Spencer), Marley Whittington and Douglas Planchard (Valarie); and his brother Don Middleton (Bennie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
